Before getting away, she spent time in the fields. She would have loved to live among the peasants. It is said that some of them keep a secret: the simplicity of her golden tears.

The mouthfeel is intense and balanced, with minerality and freshness perfectly integrated with a rich and soft taste. To pair with: risotto with cream of shrimp and pink pepper.
